Due to unforeseen circumstances I am going to be selling some of my personal SBI websites over the next couple of months.

I started building this stress relief web site and its ebook for a client, but he changed his mind about IM and the sites he planned to manage, and so I have had possession now of the site for a few months, but have had no time to complete it. It ranks #8 in Google SERP for its most profitable keyword.

It is now due for renewal, (Monthly or Annual hosting) and I have way too many sites of my own to finish building so I have decided to sell this stress relief website that is nearly 12 months old, but has not yet had all its unique content loaded on it.

It has some subscribers to its weekly ecourse ezine, which is loaded 12 months in advance and takes subscriptions and send ezines out on autopilot.

The site uses block-builder with some basic html code.

The site content is original and has been written for the site.

The content submitted in the blog section is mostly PLR

There are more unique articles that have not been loaded on the site that will be included in the package.

Graphics and all content is included "as is" - I suggest the new owner updates the SBI promotion page to include their own affiliate links etc. of course, and updates Amazon banners etc to their own links ID as well.

It also includes a professionally written sales letter created for the site.

Currently it is presented in a 'book sale' format and layout, but the content has been written in a way that presents a classic information 'site map' layout as well, so you have the option of how you want to present the site, and promote the book sales. I will also include my keyword research in the package.

The site includes a huge stress relief ebook, for sale on the site. The ebook materials have been compiled from many PLR and unique content sources to create a unique product that are only available on this site at the moment.

The book and free PR subscriber report may be offered as a PLR product in the future unless the site buyer arranges for exclusive rights to these books, the original header and ebook cover graphic designs and created for this site.

The site has had some SEO with many articles and web2 properties online linking to the site. The package also includes a promotion Video created for this site to promote the book for sale. There are also a couple of free PR ebooks online at places like scribd and docstoc for more linking and reader traffic.

Due to chronic lack of attention over the past 6 months, the site is now resting on Alexa ranking of 1.3m but has had much better rankings when it was being maintained and updated occasionally.

No outrageous claims made here as the site has only sold very few books so far to my knowledge, and the Google and Amazon links were going to the previous owner's accounts so I can't give any income figures, but the niche and the most profitable keywords were intensely researched before the project commenced and it is a sold money niche that this site can dominate if promoted and developed further.
